Start the Game

• As Multiplayer host start the game in Steam
• If you are joining a multiplayer session start Steam and wait for an invite in the chat

🍏 For Mac Users

1. Install the Crossplay version on Steam
   • Go to LIBRARY in Steam
   • Right-Click Overcooked 2
   • Choose Betas and select Crossplay Branch
   • Steam will now reinstall a different version of the Game
2. Setting the correct access rights on first start of the game
   • ⌨️ Overcooked will ask permission to log keys in all applications. You can reject this and the game should still work.
   • 🎤 Overcooked will also ask for permission to you microphone. Grant that permission.
3. Consider changing the key bindings for cut/throw.

Multiplayer Game

• 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧 A Game Session supports up to 4 Players
• 🤝 The Host needs to be connected with the other players in Steam, to be able to invite them

How to start a game

• The host starts the game and invites with the “Invite Friends” Function on the main menu
  • Click + > INVITE > Choose the Players you play with
• The other players will receive an invite in the steam chat, they need to accept to join the session
• The host starts either the story mode or Private Multiplayer of the other game modes
