Minetest is an open source clone of Minecraft. It allows to play minecraft on a multiplayer server without a need of paid licenses.

<aside> 🎉 We have our own private Minetest server for play it forward, where we can build our own world without any other players in the game. PvP and Damage are turned of, flying and creative mode are activated, so you can access all resources from the start.

Install the Game

• Download Minetest from the official website. Choose the right version for your operating system (Mac, Windows): https://www.minetest.net/downloads/
• Extract the download and start the executeable bin/minetest.exe (Windows) or minetest (Mac)
• The official Minetest install documentation, if you have issues with the installation: https://wiki.minetest.net/Getting_Started#Windows

🍏 Start the Game on Mac

• When you start Minetest for the first time on a Mac, you have to confirm two permission requests, before the game will actually start. You might need to look for dialog window on your desktop manually.
• Minetest will ask for access to Input Monitoring and Microphone access. Grant those permissions to start the game. You can change them later in the System Settings > Security and Privacy.

👋 Join our Minetest Server

<aside> 🔒 The registration on our server is deactivated by default and will only activated during a short time window (to avoid anybody can access our server).

• Start the Game
• Choose the Tab Join Game
• 🚢 Enter the Address 185.249.198.9 and Port 2101
• 🐲 Click Register to create a new user
  • Enter a Name (Character, Numbers, no space) and password twice
• After the registration will immediately enter the game - remember the password you entered.

Login after coming back

• If you come back use the Name and Password used at registration to login directly from the main menu. Enter Name and Password and click Login.
